At the 2010 ICCC, we reflected on the worst year in the history of the US exhibition industry, pondered the many questions and uncertainties we faced regarding the future of our business, and prayed for a sustainable economic recovery to drive new industry growth. We had more questions than answers and were unaware that the economic recovery we desired had supposedly already begun. This session will highlight what we have learned about our business over the past year and what the future holds.
