Data tells us June 2009 marked the end of the Great Recession, but at ICCC 2010 we wondered if that was true. Given the progress the exhibition industry made in 2010 and the first half of 2011, at ICCC 2011 we proclaimed the industry was on the road to recovery, and we vowed to look forward to the future. However, we did question whether the sluggish recovery in GDP was indeed sustainable.
