Pre-registered participants have the exclusive opportunity to view the stadium's current evacuation plans and procedures, and observe the behaviors and reactions of the guests.

Through the use of computer simulation, Regal Decision Systems, Inc. will apply the use of their software and run a full emergency evacuation of an NFL Game. Based on the analysis of the simulation, teams will then study the problematic areas that were identified during the simulation, and develop solutions or alternatives routes to improve the evacuation process.

Participants will learn the process to evaluate evacuation procedures and the University of Phoenix Stadium will receive recommendations for their consideration.

Pre-registered participants will take part in an operational evaluation and best-practices discussion during a NBA game at US Airways Center. Participants will evaluate how situations are being handled in real-time and look for new techniques in crowd management and guest services.

Participants will provide immediate feedback regarding the situations and operations they observed.
