Sofa vs. Stadium: Making the In-venue Experience Special
Home theater systems with big screens and big sound … the convenience and comfort of your couch … no waiting in line for the restroom or concession stand … access to stats and highlights from other games … All of these are creating a new kind of competition for the in-stadium experience.
How do stadiums keep the fans coming out to events? Join us for the 2013 Stadiums Hybrid Meeting to find out! Presented by industry veterans, this hybrid meeting will explore these challenges and highlight some of the innovative approaches sports teams, event promoters and stadium operators are taking to make the in-stadium experience something fans do not want to miss.
There are three ways to join the meeting:
View the live streaming video of the meeting
Watch the presentation live from the convenience of your office.
In-person at the broadcasting stadium, AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas
Attend the live meeting, broadcast from one of the nation’s best stadiums. Registration for this option includes lunch, the live presentation, a stadium tour, and attendance to the Dallas Mavericks vs. Atlanta Hawks game later that evening in a private suite.
In-person at a satellite stadium
View the broadcast from a stadium near you! In Georgia, host sites are the Georgia Dome. In Arizona, the host site is the Fiesta Bowl Museum in Scottsdale. Registration for this option includes a live video stream of the meeting, networking and a venue tour. Additional host sites may be added soon.
We will also hold an IAVM North Texas Chapter Meeting in conjunction with the event at the broadcast site, the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The North Texas Chapter Meeting will take place from 2:30-3:30 pm CT, immediately following the stadiums meeting.
Chapter members are encouraged to join us in Arlington for valuable face time with their North Texas colleagues and programming focused on drawing attendees in a technology-driven world – which relates to all venue types.Register today!
