Why Mentoring Is Important:
“I believe we each have a responsibility to bring people up in this
industry; to see the potential and talent in another individual, push them
to realize their dreams, and help groom them to their fullest potential.
That is what my mentors did for
me!”
Volunteer Experience:
Shura serves on the Board of Directors for the St. Charles Chamber,
Lindenwood University Business Advisory Board. She
volunteers for Bridgeway Counseling Services Domestic Violence Program and
is a member of Rotary International. She encourages all of her staff to give
back to the community through philanthropic efforts by hosting monthly
non-profit and civic group representatives to speak to her staff. She and
her staff, through the support of Global Spectrum, host and support 3-5
charitable events and activities throughout the year such as Youth In Need,
Habitat for Humanity, the Bridgeway Counseling Domestic Violence Program and
