2012 - 2013 CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
IAVM’s incoming Chairman, Richard Andersen, CFE, invites all members to thoughtfully consider serving an active role on one of IAVM’s committees or work groups. We need your skills, passion, and perspectives to build a vibrant and inclusive corps of volunteer leaders for 2012-2013.
NOTE: If you are currently serving a term on a committee, there is no need to complete this form. This is only for members seeking new roles as a volunteer.
Please make a selection for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of committee and/or work group to serve. You will not be allowed to select more than three choices.
Please review the organization chart and the roles & responsibilities at (www.iavm.org) to learn about the committees, work groups and current organizational structure to which you can volunteer your time. Please tell us why you are a good fit with the volunteer group(s) in which you’re interested by filling out the text box below.
We do have limited spots available for appointments and hope to place as many members as requests to volunteer are received. If you wish to serve on more than one committee, please rate your requests as 1st, 2nd and 3rd so we know your level of interest. Please submit via email to (Rosanne Duke) by March 16, 2012.
