• Know your options! Ticketing is not a one size fits all, Marshall Pred, Tickets.com, Moderator
Arts, entertainment, and sports organizations and promoters have more options today as it relates to ticketing technology than ever before. As venue operators you need to leverage these opportunities. It is not only
critical to know what the marketplace has to offer, but it is also important to examine your own ticketing organization. Most organizations are looking for ways to: Maximize revenue opportunities, obtain more control and the ability to create a stronger relationship with their customer. So, as venue operators how do we go about achieving these objectives? The purpose of this session is NOT to sell you on any specific ticketing company, rather open your mind that ticketing is a big space...so don't hide in the corner with blinders on!
Ed Gow, Brendan Bruss, Tammy Koolbeck and Steve Toepfer will share their insight and experience with you.
