Rick’s talk for IAVM: Now and When!
We work in an ever-changing environment where talent, technology and the economy presents new challenges every day. The constant in the equation is our customers. They come to us expecting A LOT every time. What worked in the past can serve as a foundation for new professionals to build a foundation for what will happen in the future. . . Not IF it Happens… but WHEN it Happens.
This session will mix it up with professional members imparting wisdom, ideas and advice to our student guests attending the conference. This is an interactive event so come ready to learn and laugh. Believe me - you can’t make up some of the stuff you will hear! |
Secret Shopper Program
|
If you would like to participate in the Secret Shopper program, please indicated so on the Registration from.
Participants will spend the evening at the American Airlines Center during the Dallas Mavericks NBA basketball game on Tuesday night, April 10. Participants will be asked to provide feedback on venue operations and act as a secret shopper for one of more aspects of the game day guest experience. Buses will leave the Arlington Sheraton in time to get all participates to the arena in time for a briefing before doors open. Participants will still be able to attend the opening reception for the conference, which is also at the American Airlines, but will be asked to stay until the end of the game in order to provide appropriate feedback to arena management. This is an excellent opportunity for industry leaders to share their knowledge with their peers and allows both the participants and the venue to gain valuable feedback and knowledge.
