 The American Airlines Training & Conference Center
is located five minutes south of the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport and provides on-call courtesy transportation to deliver you to the facility. The facility is located off two major highways - Highway 183 and Highway 360 - connecting Fort Worth and Dallas.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS
From D/FW Airport
Take the South exit out of the airport through the toll booths.
Take the Highway 360 South Arlington exit, which bears to the right.
Exit 1/4 mile onto the access road to FAA Road. Continue to the three-way Stop sign. Go straight through intersection.
Proceed 500 yards.
Make a right through the Main Gate. Follow signs for The Lodge. .
From Love Field Airport
Take the main exit out of the airport.
At the stop light at Mockingbird Lane, go right.
Bypass the first highway split for Interstate 35
At the next highway split for Interstate 35 turn right. Take 183 West to DFW Airport which bears to the left.
Take the Highway 360/Arlington exit, which bears to the right.
Exit 1/4 mile onto the access road to FAA Road.
Proceed through the stop sign, proceed 500 yards and turn right into the main gate.
Follow the signs to The Lodge.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
Hours of Operation: 7:00 am - 11:00 pm (Seven days a week)
ARRIVAL:

1. Locate the Hotel Courtesy Board in the Baggage Claim Area of the Terminal at D/FW International Airport.

2. Using one of the two phones on the Board - Dial 113. The code for American Airlines Training and Conference Center. You will reach an operator at the American Airlines Training and Conference Center
Note - Do not use phones on the ground transportation or auto rental boards that are adjacent.

3. Let the operator know the following information:
Your name, Group Name, Terminal and Section (Your Terminal and Section are on the Board in red letters next to the phones)

4. Please go the Courtesy Van Pick Up area on the LOWER LEVEL and wait by the gray signs indicating "Courtesy" shuttles. The vehicle will say "American Airlines Training and Conference Center" The driver will step out of the vehicle and announce transportation to the American Airlines Training and Conference Center. Please be sure to take this shuttle only.

5. There are many AMR American Airlines Shuttles moving through the airport, so be certain you do not take the wrong shuttle.
DEPARTURE:

1. Shuttles depart at the main lodge entrance of the Conference Center. Our drivers are available upon request, and we suggest that our clients request a shuttle at least 90 minutes prior to their ideal departure time.

2. We advise that guest be in the Lobby no less that ninety minutes prior to their flight departure time to ensure a timely arrival to D/FW International Airport.

3. The shuttle driver will ask for your gate information. Please know your departure gate information before boarding your shuttle back to the airport. The phone number for American Airlines is 1-800-433-7300 for automated gate information. Obtain your departure gate information the morning of the day of your departure.
