Ms. Siegel believes making cultural experiences and spaces inclusive of people with disabilities of all ages is an essential civil, cultural and human right. An innovative expert in disability, arts, and cultural practices, she founded the LEAD® convening of accessibility professionals and network of over 2800 members. She is a respected speaker, delivering keynotes, lectures and training around the world. Her JD is from the Columbus School of Law and she founded the Access Advisory Group in 2021.

Marc Levine is the founder of Improv My Sales, a training and coaching company. His company leverages Applied Improv Comedy to help people be better leaders, teammates, and sales people. His work is safe for humans- use it at work and home with your most important stakeholders.

For over 20 years Marc has helped clients create bottom-line results as a consultant, trainer, coach, facilitator, sales rep, and sales director. For six years he was director of development for The Mulvaney Group, a niche training firm, where he led the company to record revenues. He was a consulting manager with Retensa, an employee retention consulting firm, before starting his own company.

In his leisure time he loves his family, friends, the beach, sports, comedy and has reached the finals of his Fantasy Football league 3 of the last 4 years. He feels blessed to do the work he does, helping others be their best.

Jessica Haines is the Senior Manager of Guest Services at Crypto.com Arena. She attended Fordham University in New York and completed her business degree at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. She has been with the Guest Services department for 12 years and is lead for her all her beloved LA Kings games and multiple concerts throughout the season. Jess’ passion for creating a memorable experience for each and every guest has made her the venue’s point for all accessibility needs and requests. A core piece of her leadership role is her commitment to the organizations ENCORE|LA service excellence program, which provides her employees with easy-to-use concepts, decision making skills, and multiple avenues for recognition and rewards. She champions meaning and authenticity above all, especially in relationships, to fuel the success of her organization and department.

Adrian’s Scholarship Internship position at the IAVM VenueConnect conference in 2016 initiated his journey with IAVM. This pivotal experience not only set the stage for an impactful career but also laid a solid foundation for his passion towards venue management and industry best practices.

Later that year, Adrian joined Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC) in Los Angeles as an Event Manager Trainee and swiftly ascended to the position of Event Manager, a transition that occurred within his first year with the company. His duties entailed overseeing operations for significant events -- notably, the Grand Prix of Long Beach, Rose Bowl Game, and U2 Joshua Tree Tour, among others. This clearly demonstrated his innate talent for orchestrating impeccable experiences, a skill he consistently showcased throughout this pivotal period.

Adrian's dedication and strategic vision in 2018 led him to a promotion to Senior Event Manager. In addition to managing events, he spearheaded an Event Manager Internship Program; this innovative initiative aimed at recruiting, training – and then launching – students alongside industry professionals into the dynamic realm of sports and entertainment management.

In 2019, Adrian ascended to the Director of Operations position for CSC's Los Angeles branch; this elevation amplified his role. As a linchpin in that capacity--overseeing day-to-day operations, recruitment, training, and quality assurance——he demonstrated an exceptional aptitude for leading multifaceted teams toward operational excellence.

Adrian accomplished another notable feat in 2020: his appointment as Senior Director of Operations. This position amplified his duties—overseeing daily CSC operations at Hollywood Park—and allowed him to customize staffing plans for renowned venues such as SoFi Stadium and YouTube Theater during significant events like Super Bowl LVI and the 2023 College Football Playoff Championship Game.

Adrian, who holds a B.S. degree in Communications from Kansas State University and boasts proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project Management, internet research, marketing, and recruiting strategies, honed his skills managing security and operations staff for both K-State Athletics and Kicker Country Stampede before joining CSC.

The Scholarship Internship at IAVM VenueConnect, among other early experiences, fuels Adrian's career trajectory; it mirrors his commitment to perpetual growth with a determination to remain consistently abreast of current and future industry advancements.

Tatum Lockett is currently the Director of Guest Experience at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, Inglewood, CA. For Tatum, sports business and playing competitive sports have always been a part of her life. She began playing soccer at the age of three and went on to play NCAA Division I soccer in college. Through sports and obtaining her MBA with a Sports Management focus from SDSU, Tatum has been able to build a disciplined and broad range sports foundation, utilizing cutting edge best practices, analytics and technology. She furthermore attributes sports to helping her to formulate strong leadership, teambuilding and problem solving skills. Tatum approaches each of her daily responsibilities and projects with enthusiasm and confidence.

In her business career, she first began at SDSU Athletics, USC Athletics, and in the MLB at the Los Angeles Angels before joining Hollywood Park in 2020. Tatum has been at Hollywood Park since the beginning of construction days, assisting with building the Guest Experience department and service standards. She works collaboratively and effectively with all operational departments and partners to ensure service and safety standards are met, through each interaction with guests and team members.
